Last September, two plaintiffs were added to the lawsuit.


Transgender women Shauntae Anderson and Leanne James were denied coverage for gender-confirming care, according to the lawsuit.

Anderson is enrolled in a Medicaid plan and James was enrolled in a Public Employees Insurance Agency health plan offered by the state.

The rupee's performance on Tuesday was broadly in line with

The currency of Asia's third largest economy would likely have fared better had it not been for oil
prices. The December Brent crude contract rose 0.7% to $89.48,
after climbing more than 4% in the previous session.

Analysts reckon that the recent choppy price action in rupee is likely to persist as the aggressive monetary policy stance of the U.S.

"Since August, USDINR has been quite erratic with intra-day price action or range limited but opening gaps (up or down) quite large. Erratic movements may continue for the time being," said Anindya Banerjee,

the field and improving his foul shooting to 66.3 percent.

The family of a British air hostess arrested
in Dubai last month on drugs charges have said she is living off of
bread and water in prison.  

Derrin Crawford, 23, who works for Emirates and is based in the UAE, had been out for
dinner with a man and agreed to go back to his apartment when it was
raided by officers who found two cannabis joints at the scene. 

Ms Crawford, who is from Liverpool, was thrown into the infamous Al-Barsha
jail on June 21, where her family said she has been forced to confess
and fed on just bread, water and jam.     

MP for Liverpool Riverside Kim Johnson told the BBC Ms Crawford's
family have also been denied access since last Sunday.  

'They have not been allowed to take in toiletries and
food.

According to family members she is existing on water, bread and
jam,' Ms Johnson said.

that police found two cannabis joints and arrested the pair.


Derrin, from Liverpool, was held in a police station for several days before being

In a tearful phone call home, she told Danielle that she had
undergone blood tests for drugs and officers had agreed
to let her go if they proved negative. 

Although the tests came in on Thursday - and proved Derrin had no drugs in her system - she is still in jail.


Danielle said: 'She is innocent, she was just
in the wrong place at the wrong time.

The police have been trying to interrogate her, but
she doesn't even know this guy.

The U.S. Team jumped out to a 4-1 lead over the International Team on the first day of the Presidents Cup
on Thursday at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte.


The first day of the competition featured five alternate-shot (foursomes) matches, with the Americans
winning the first three of the day thanks to some familiar pairings.

"Obviously, these guys are some of the best players in the world and the best player in the world," Davis said of his opponents.


"Yeah, they've been the ones in form all year. We've been kind of creeping around in the background a little bit. Yeah, very satisfying, head to head, to have the game that takes that on and gets on top."

Finau and Homa led 2 up through six but did not
win another hole until the 18th.

Their opponents, Taylor Pendrith of Canada and Mito Pereira of Chile, tied the match
with a birdie at No. 13. At the 18th, a par-4, Homa's third shot landed inside 2 feet to
set up a par and Pendrith blew his 10-foot par putt
past the cup.

Team entered the week 11-1-1 in Presidents Cup history. International captain Trevor
Immelman was grateful to get on the board on Day 1.
